Fat increase 110%

Okay i will list out what i eat today;
For lunch:
-Omlet rice with prawn
-2 Banana coklet waffel
-1Cokelate donut

After school;
-2 KitKat
-1 Box of chocolate

When i reach home:
-2 big Bowl of green bean with durian (super sweet)
-2 box of durian
-2 bbq chiken wing

Now;
-2 bbq chiken wing! haha

i think i gain alot of fats now! nvm i need to pamper myself! i been dieting for so long so yeah no harm after this holida i'm gonna get back my big and lean body back =p.. anyone wanna train with me? do running or swimming together ?
