My Ass!!!

Well today, we had fitness test! We doing bench press, sit up which is ended up I got ass abrasion! MRRRR.... pull up, running.


Haha, tell you guys one funny thing, I guess all DB guys got ass abrasion! So when the time we bathing, we all scream like hell! (imagine 29 big guys screaming together in the changing room haha..!!), no one can imagine the pain man! We even punch at the door when the water kanna our ASS!!!
Gee, my abrasion look freaking disgusting when I show them and they reaction was like "sial la why so jiat lat"! some of them even say that my ass look like just kanna **** Lol....


After bathing we all heading to kopitiam, but Sammy and Firdaus they all go off first because tomorrow got the UT.! *shit I think I’m going to fail this math UT! Ugh!

Well as usuall me and kaya accompany wenjie go kopitaim there, I order my dinner which is 4 slice of bread with kaya.


After that we get our abrasion ass off from the kopitiam chair and move to mrt! haha=p.



Sometime I feel so sick man I have to chew and swallow those freaking big tablets, after I finish my training! i show you guys the pic later.


Then, last Sunday I went to queens way with Vivian to buy some T-shirt from there after that we going to town to catch movie at cine!


Ok I’m going to end it here, my tablets are waiting for me now. *sigh* =p


I think I’m going to update my live journal! It’s been awhile since I update it! Hahas =p


Ok this is the stupid pills I must take every day!
but i must endure with me! for the sake of sexy body! haha. =p
