Me vs Fat

WHEEE YA!!! chop chop chop, burn burn burn! haha,, ok that was so random of me. i just realise i have cutting down my weight! from 75- 68.6, reaching my target! 65! haha,,, and my fats body also from 10.5% to 9.7% haha,, target is 7.5%! man! this gonna be a long way to go! =p

well.. i can share my diet program, it think it's quite good but diffcult! why i say so? let's see scroll down a bit and read;

Morning
Orange juice (no sugar added) with 2 slice of bread. or you can get steam potato in the morning without adding anything with orange juice or plain water!
But sometimes i just drink orange juice only.

Evening
If i got training, i pump more carbo so i got extra energy to do my gym-ing stuff. normally i'll pump rice,
If i don't have training i just have one or two waffel ham and cheese or i just have an apple.

Night
just normal meal with orange juice.

-No carbonated drink! inculding 100 plus h2o or what ever thing come with carbonated. * well this is the difficult difficult part! haha,, for now i rather chose green tea instead of rootbear! (my favorite!)
-Avoid those spicy stuff!


well again i must tell you all nothing is easy in this world. you want slim down do more work out. Jogging is the best choice. so don't be lazy. haha..
